Runway International is the result of a merging of ideas and visions from some of the most experienced customer contact centre professionals in Europe, specialising in building and running contact centre operations. Together the founders of the company  have been involved in more than 70 contact centre projects all over Europe.

 

Having outsourcing operational centres across the Baltics and in the Ukraine, bring a number of advantages. The region can boast with an excellent telecom and Internet infrastructure as well as high technical and IT competence. Our staff generally has a tertiary education and speaks 3-4 languages fluently. We are currently providing outsourcing services to the Scandinavian market, but we are set to offer our services to the European and Russian markets.

Runway can provide customer service in basically all European languages with an emphasis on Scandinavian, Baltic, German and English languages. Our customer service representatives have excellent language skills and a significant number of the staff has spent time living, working and studying in each country, ensuring that they in addition can relate to the local cultural mentality.

Based on the success with performing contact center processes for our initial clients, we are increasing our scope of the services to these clients as well as satisfying the demands of new client relations. Our International Finance Team is an example of a new outsourcing service we now offer to the Scandinavian and European markets.
