SWEDISH OR NORWEGIAN-SPEAKING CUSTOMER SUPPORT SPECIALISTS NEEDED IN RIGA!

Runway provides outsourcing services from its offices in Riga, Tallinn, Tartu, Kaunas, Vilnius and Kiev. On behalf of our Norwegian customer EVRY (www.evry.com) we are expanding department with IT support functions for Norwegian enterprises and are currently looking for:

CUSTOMER SUPPORT SPECIALIST with Norwegian language (1st line IT support)

The requirements:


Excellent Norwegian or Swedish language (in both cases to deal with Norwegian speakers)
Good English language skills
Customer service skills
Pervious eduacation in IT field or interest and willingness to learn it
Good time management and communication skills
Excellent stress management skills
Working knowledge of Microsoft Window and Microsoft Office applications


Responsibilities and work:

Provide the necessary help and information to enterprise customers via telephone and e-mails
Provide relevant information and help within 1st line IT Support to enterprise customers in a professional and timely manner and achieve performance objectives
Answer to enterprise customer questions, give advice, and fulfil the tasks received from the customer in the incoming request

HEALTHCARE PHONE ADMINISTRATOR - TALLINN

Job Description:

To answer phone calls as medical receptionist in Norwegian or Swedish.
Identify caller problem and make appointments at relevant doctor.
Communicate if necessary with doctors.
Call back to customers providing relevant information or specifying details.


Skills requirement:

Swedish or Norwegian language knowledge - beginners level is accepted if the applicant has the appropriate medical background as language training will be provided.
A minimum of one year medical practice in nursing or medicine-related area and/or medical/nursing education.

Responsibilities:

Receive phone calls/ e-mails on behalf of Runway’s clients and partners
Send out invoices and tickets according to the printed out queues on behalf of the Runway, Runway’s clients and partners or on behalf of their clients
Perform service requirements of Runways customer providing an efficient, polite, friendly and honest response to their queries and requests for information
Provide relevant information in a professional and timely manner in order to maximize sales and achieve performance objectives
Work in a team of Customer Service Agents or Customer Sales Specialist to achieve and over achieve the team’s performance targets
Attend specified training, organized by Runway or the customer, in order to develop professional work and individual standards, to improve skills of business relationship with clients and customers, develop the skills and experiences necessary to improve product knowledge and increase sales and service ability


Languages required  Swedish and/or Norwegian

Work experience required  0-2 years

Working time  Full-time work, Part-time work


The Runway Recruitment Policy

The Runway policy on recruitment is a tried and tested method whereby we initially interview all applicants over the telephone in the native language that they will be specialising in. Language skills and telephone manner are assessed and based on a successful interview applicants proceed to the next stage, which is a face-to-face interview with two Runway members of staff.

Upon successful selection our new employees will undergo a series of extensive communications training modules that focus on the essential elements of customer service skills, listening skills, vocal tones and inflections, team working, creative thinking and problem solving abilities. We also insist upon a thorough training from our clients on their products and values, in order to best prepare our aģents. Runway only take on campaigns where we feel that all the necessary information has been briefed so we can provide a top-notch service.
