Runway provides outsourcing services from its offices in Riga, Tallinn, Tartu, Kaunas, Vilnius and Kiev. On behalf of our Norwegian customer
EVRY (
www.evry.com) we are expanding department with IT support functions for Norwegian enterprises and are currently looking for:
CUSTOMER SUPPORT SPECIALIST with Norwegian language (1st line IT support)
The requirements:
Excellent Norwegian or Swedish language (in both cases to deal with Norwegian speakers)
Good English language skills
Customer service skills
Pervious eduacation in IT field or interest and willingness to learn it
Good time management and communication skills
Excellent stress management skills
Working knowledge of Microsoft Window and Microsoft Office applications
Responsibilities and work:
Provide the necessary help and information to enterprise customers via telephone and e-mails
Provide relevant information and help within 1st line IT Support to enterprise customers in a professional and timely manner and achieve performance objectives
Answer to enterprise customer questions, give advice, and fulfil the tasks received from the customer in the incoming request
